In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled and be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than (24 hours) before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a penalty and charge of the total starting service price. If you do not show up at your appointment time and have not communicated that you are running late you will be considered a No-Show. No-Shows will be charged the full starting price of the service & will be required to have a 50% deposit in order to book another appointment. Please provide a cancellation notice at least (24 hours) before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

If the salon cancels an appointment with less than (48 hours notice), a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
